STOCKHOLM STUDIO APARTMENTS

 

 

In central Stockholm on the Island of Kungsholmen we are in planning for a 6 story extention on top of an 1960s building. The idea is to create and outer shell encapsulating the existing building. On top of the existing part new small studio apartments will be created aimed at attracting a young trendy croud.

 

The building will have a lifestyle focus and the roof will act as a gathering point for the residents and the local community. From the rooftop you will also have amazing views of the Stockholms stream of Riddarfjärden and lake Mälaren.

 

The project is being designed jointly with architect Erik Andersson.
